GRAVES, THOMAS ARTHUR (WWII VET) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our treasured loving friend Thomas Arthur Graves. Tom passed Sunday March 7, 2010 at the Ottawa Heart Institute where he had received the greatest care. Predeceased by his parents Bertha Emily and Arthur Roger Graves. Born March 17, 1919 a St Patrick's Day Boy. Brother of Stephen, Francis, Dorothy McLean, Mabel, Isabell and James Turpin. Survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews, step children, step grandchildren, and step great grandchildren and step great great grandchildren through his 3 marriages. Tom was a great caregiver and loving friend to many people and enjoyed being active in many social clubs. Tom had many friends and always said he was blessed to have such kind thoughtful neighbours that always took time to drop in for a visit or drop off homemade cookies A special thank you to Glen, Tina, Velma, Heather, Candace and Lori for helping Tom manage living in his own home. Tom was always so appreciative and he will be greatly missed. Family and Friends will be received at Goodfellow's Funeral Home, Parham on Tuesday from 2-4 7-9 pm. Funeral services will be held in the Funeral Home on Wednesday March 10, 2010 at 11 am. Interment Glenhaven Memorial Gardens.
