Elizabeth Stephenson

Peacefully, at the Lennox and Addington County Hospital in Napanee with loved ones at her side, Elizabeth Sarah Stephenson (nee Trask) in her 89th year of Arden, Ontario passed on Monday March 7, 2022. Predeceased by her loving husband Robert Clifford Stephenson, her eldest son Robert Bradley Stephenson and her eldest sister Marry Tress (nee Trask). Survived by and dearly missed by her Daughter-in-law Corry-Lin Stephenson, son Michael Gerred Stephenson, her sister Flora Robinson (nee Trask), and her loving and amazing grandchildren Kiersten, Brianna, Jade, Brook-Lin, and Robby. “Aunt Betty” will be remembered and fondly missed dearly by her loving nieces and nephews. She will be remembered also by her loving cousins and her many wonderful friends in the Arden & Bath Communities. Elizabeth not only was a loving and devoted wife but a true gem and a huge loss for all of us. She was a loving mother-in-law, the perfect Nana, and a truly devoted family member. She had a heart of gold and she was beautiful inside and out with so many amazing qualities in a tiny package that included strength, love, intelligence, thoughtfulness, common sense, loyalty, strong willed and the best mentor to many of us. A Special thank you to the Nurses at the Lennox and Addington Hospital and the Paramed PSWs for their amazing care and to Mike Phinney and Sarah McKinlay for their amazing adventures and love for Betty. In keeping with Elizabeth's wishes, cremation has taken place with Goodfellow's Funeral Home, Parham. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
